Why I Built EVA
A Personal Journey
I grew up watching my father — a palliative care and internal medicine physician — dedicate his life to fighting disease in his patients. I saw first-hand how profoundly aging and illness can erode quality of life, not just for the patient, but for everyone around them.
When I started experiencing persistent fatigue and low energy in my own life, I didn't wait. I started testing, tracking, and actively maintaining my body. That journey led me deep into the longevity community, and the more I learned, the more I realised how much suffering could be avoided if people simply understood their health before problems became irreversible.
EVA is the service I wished I had when I started my own preventative care journey — one that doesn't just hand you data, but teaches you what it means and what to do about it. And this is just the beginning. I'm dedicating my career to making longevity and preventative care accessible to everyone, because it starts with a simple step that can change the trajectory of your entire life.
